Xander Hamman, MBA, CISM, CIPM, PMP, CMMC-RP

Xander Hamman, MBA, CISM, CIPM, PMP, CMMC-RP, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Xander is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Security Consulting and Data Privacy Officer at e360, where they help clients manage cyber risks and guides the company's cyber risk business. Xander has also worked as a Principal and vCISO at CollectiveForce LLC, leading information security and risk management initiatives for clients.

Prior to that, Xander served as the CISO at Sunwest Bank, where they led the security program portfolio and provided strategic guidance for digital transformation. Xander also held the role of Data Privacy Officer at Pacific Premier Bank, where they were responsible for developing and implementing data governance and privacy programs.

Xander has worked as a Cyber Security Consultant at CISOSHARE, assisting clients in designing and developing information security programs. Xander also gained experience in the Intelligence Community as a National Security Consultant at the Advanced Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC), where they received training in various intelligence disciplines.

Furthermore, Xander has worked at the Social Security Administration, RH, Calypso Technology, and Marine Corps Recruiting. In these roles, they gained experience in areas such as operations management, financial technology business analysis, and military leadership.

With their extensive background in security consulting, risk management, data privacy, and information security, Xander brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Xander Hamman obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Xander then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance at Golden Gate University from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their educational background, Xander Hamman has acquired several certifications. In July 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Xander recently obtained the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA in August 2021. Also in August 2021, they obtained the Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Moreover, Xander obtained the CMMC-RP certification from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC AB) in October 2021.
