Thea Madsen currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for both the DTU MSc program "Sustainable Energy Systems" and TechWomen Copenhagen, alongside a role as Data Integration Lead at Ento, where responsibility includes aiding large building owners in optimizing energy usage through data analysis. Previous experience encompasses an advisory position at the Danish Energy Agency, focusing on Denmark's green transition and energy data strategies, as well as a consultant role at PwC, leading initiatives in People Analytics and change management.
