Jaakko Korpela

Jaakko Korpela is the current CEO at Entocube. Jaakko has also previously worked as a Project Manager at Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, Food and Agriculture Organization of UN, and University of Turku. Jaakko has a wide range of experience in the food industry, with a focus on developing capacities in food safety, insect farming, and promoting sustainable local food sources. Jaakko is also experienced in coordinating various projects in the area of food R&D and research of utilization of insects as food and feed.

Jaakko Korpela has a degree in engineering from Turku University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
