Christopher George is a Managing Director at Entoro leading private placement offerings that specialize in aviation, energy, real estate, and fintech sectors while deploying tax advantage strategies. He stays connected to his clients throughout the process as he’s involved in Origination, Execution, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy. He has led teams in product development and systems integration as the liaison between the user experience and code developer. He holds Series 7, 63, 79, 86, and 87 securities licenses.

Christopher George

James C. Row, CFA has over 25 years of experience in various areas of deal structuring and energy finance, including: producer finance, project finance, drilling programs, A&D, securities and risk management. He has originated and arranged funding, debt (senior and mezzanine) and equity on over $10 billion of energy projects. At Enron, Mr. Row specialized in structuring bids for power, E&P, energy services and water privatization projects worldwide. Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and maintains Series 7, 24, 28, 63, 79 and 99 FINRA securities licenses. Mr. Row serves as a member of the Houston Society of Financial Analysts, Houston World Affairs Council, Houston Producers Forum, TMA, IPAA and AIPN and is an author on a number of oil and gas issues and a regular speaker at energy conferences world-wide.



James C. Row

Morgan Sills is a Director in Investment Banking with Entoro Capital. 
  Ms. Sills focuses on the origination and distribution of capital raise transactions as well as managing client & investor relationships, assisting with compliance, facilitating transactions with investors, as well as coordinating and managing various strategic partnerships for the firm. She has experience in a wide range of industries including Specialty Finance, Technology, Real Estate, etc. Prior to joining Entoro, Ms. Sills worked at AMex Partners, which is a private Oil and Gas Company. There she acquired and managed investors for special projects which led her to the Entoro Team. Ms. Sills holds Series 79 and 63 professional licenses.

Morgan Sills

Andrew MacIntosh is based in Hong Kong with oversight in Asia Pacific. He is a non-executive Chairman of Acorus Investment Management, a China-Africa private equity investor. Previously, Andrew was General Manager of Banking for [National Australia Bank](/org/national-australia-bank) in Hong Kong, where he oversaw the private banking, commercial banking and retail banking businesses. He specializes in Chinese inbound and outbound investment, Chinese private equity in energy and commodity transactions, and managing portfolios circa US $100MM multi-country/currency P&L. Mr. Macintosh has expertise in banking, credit, investment products and client management.



Andrew Macintosh

Allen Wolf is a Managing Director at [Entoro](/org/entoro) leading alternative investments, fund partnerships and client transactions. He has over 25 years of experience in business building, project development and financing, growth strategies and revenue enhancement in energy, metals and software. He is an expert in renewables, power generation, transmission, natural gas, commodities, supply chain software, risk management and trading analytics. Allen was the co-founder and CMO at CAM Energy, a NYC-based niche investment manager capturing dislocations in energy commodity markets with profitability in all years. His advisory practice provides PE and special situation clients with assessments of project developments, assets and distressed credit opportunities.

Christopher Luce is Managing Director of the Dallas Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Dallas area.

Chris has over 25 years of experience within the Financial and Investment Service Industry focusing on strategic advisory and wealth management. Prior to joining [Entoro](/org/entoro), Chris led the establishment of Wachovia Securities in Texas and served as a Certified Financial Manager and Wealth Management Advisor for nine years at Merrill Lynch. Chris is also the founding partner of Luce Financial Partners (2017) and Five Stones Wealth Management (2008).

Serving as a Managing Director with [Entoro](/org/entoro) Securities since 2017, he has been one of the senior partners integral to helping [Entoro](/org/entoro) grow into one of the most innovative, sought after and exclusive boutique investment banking and broker-dealer partners both in the US and internationally.



Christopher Luce

Margot DeFrance leads investment marketing, relationship management, strategy & business development, and investor relations. Prior to transitioning to the financial industry, Margot was a fortune 500 pharmaceutical executive and a director for a non-profit where she managed products related to diagnostics and blood banking and negotiated licensing deals.

Ms. DeFrance has managed equity research, strategy and investment marketing at Smith Barney and Citi Capital Markets. In addition to these pursuits, she also authored “Endangered Species” (highlighting the impact of generic erosion on pharma valuations), and “Dancing on a Fault Line” (suggesting more diversified healthcare investing strategy due to pricing pressures, pipeline deficiencies, and politics).

Margot provides strategic advice, technology search, and investor messaging / capital introductions for innovative startups and mid-market companies through her consulting practice, Inflection Point Advisors.
