Vicki Heideman is an experienced process engineer currently working at entrotech since August 2020, focusing on process development and manufacturing support. Prior to this role, Vicki spent over 25 years at Brady Corporation, holding various positions including Principal Project Engineer and Principal Process Engineer, where significant achievements included leading a novel product concept to a second-place finish in a corporate-wide challenge and overseeing the production of sorbent pads and rolls. Vicki has also contributed to new product development, quality assurance, and team management, demonstrating expertise in Lean Concepts and ISO 9001 standards. Earlier experience includes engineering roles at Delco Electronics, focusing on materials testing and specifications. Vicki earned a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990.
