Frank Menocal

Frank is a hands-on technical leader with over three decades of experience in software development and IT organization management, building teams from the ground up, and finding solutions to complex technical problems. His background in high-volume, data-centric environments and platform architecture focus have been key to the success of the ENTOUCH cloud platform. Previously, Frank served as Vice President of Technical Services for Datamatic Ltd, where he architected the SaaS platform used by utilities for automated metering. Frank is a graduate from the University of Florida and holds a BSE degree in Computer and Information Systems.
