Scott J. Boxer has held a variety of executive roles in the HVAC industry over the past three decades. Scott J. began their career in 1984 as the President & GM of Central Environmental Systems at York International, where they held full P&L responsibility for the $500 million North American division. In 1998, they were tapped by the CEO and board of Lennox International to take over the struggling North American residential/commercial service business, eventually a $650 million operation with 3,500 employees in more than 120 locations. Scott J. was then appointed President, Lennox Europe Operations to expand the largely North American business internationally. In 2004, they joined The Weitz Company as a Board of Directors and Chairman of Nominating/Governance Committee. In 2013, they were appointed President and CEO of Service Experts and in 2012 they became a Board Director at EnTouch Controls.
Scott J. Boxer attended Ridgefield High from 1964 to 1968. Scott J. then attended the University of Rhode Island from 1968 to 1972, where they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering.
