Kirsten York is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and device industries. Currently serving as the EVP of Human Experience Strategy at ENTRADA, a Patient Experience Organization, Kirsten focuses on enhancing patient interactions with pharmaceutical companies. Prior to this role, Kirsten held various leadership positions, including President/CEO at RedHead Communications, LLC, where brand strategy and communication specialization were emphasized. Additional experience includes acting as an Evidence-Based Marketing Expert at Return on Focus, directing customer insight at Brand Engineers, and contributing as Associate Creative Director of Copy at Integrated Communications Inc. Kirsten holds a BS in Advertising from Syracuse University.
