Akash Panchal

Akash Panchal, MBA, is an accomplished finance and real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and project accounting. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Entrada Partners since November 2019, Akash manages a Texas portfolio focused on office, industrial, flex, and parking assets, primarily in the Dallas/San Antonio sub-market. Previously, Akash worked at Stream Realty Partners for five years as a Project Accountant handling financial reporting for a diverse real estate portfolio, and held positions at KPMG as a Senior Accountant and Assurance Intern. Akash holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.
