Anushree Pathak

Anushree Pathak has approximately 3 years of work experience. Anushree currently works at Entrada Therapeutics as a Senior Research Associate, starting in December 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Research Associate II at the same company starting in November 2020.

Before joining Entrada Therapeutics, Anushree worked at Tufts University School of Medicine. Anushree completed their Master's Thesis from May 2019 to November 2020, focusing on studying the role of Dematin, a membrane protein, in hepatocytes and fibroblasts. Anushree evaluated the involvement of Dematin in metabolic signaling pathways through Western blot analysis and isolated hepatocytes using the method of liver perfusion.

During their time as a Master's student from January 2019 to May 2019, Anushree worked on T-cell knockout mice models, studying the development of hypertrophy in the left ventricle of the heart through echocardiogram analysis. Anushree also studied LV Mass, LV structure, and LV gene expression.

As a Masters Candidate (Rotations) at Tufts University School of Medicine from September 2018 to January 2019, Anushree conducted various research projects, including investigating the in vitro metabolism of Triazolam using human liver microsomes and performing PK/PD studies through HPLC methods.

Anushree Pathak pursued a Master's degree in Pharmacology and Drug Development from 2018 to 2020 at Tufts University School of Medicine. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai from 2014 to 2018. Anushree'ssecondary education was obtained from Hiranandani Foundation School, where they received an Indian certificate of Secondary Education between 2003 and 2012.
