Nate Richards

Nate Richards is the current President at Entrance Software Consulting. Nate has over 18 years of experience in the software industry.

Nate started their career at Spinnaker Exploration where they were the Manager of Custom Software Development. Nate then went on to found Energy Frameworks, which created CORE (Collaborative Operations for Retail Energy): the first SaaS platform for competitive energy (power and natural gas) markets. CORE became the leading platform for retail energy sales in the US marketplace until the merger in 2019.

After the merger, Nate took on the role of President at Entrance Software Consulting. In this role, they provide software consulting services to help businesses with their technology needs.

Nate Richards has a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rice University. Nate also has an Entrepreneurial Strategy certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education and a Key Executive Program certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Nate is also a certified Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and has a 1% Fluency in Spanish certification from Duolingo.
