Chris Poland

Chris Poland has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Chris has held positions such as Director of Quality & US/Asia OpEx, Director of Lean Mfg & Quality Systems, Corporate Quality Manager, Plant Manager, Corporate Lean Director/Quality Manager, Athens/Corporate Quality Manager, Integrated Systems Manager/Facilities, Maintenance & Environmental Manager, Facilities and Maintenance Manager, Quality Manager/Process Engineer, and Director of Continuous Improvement (Quality/Safety/Environmental Manager). Chris has led various initiatives and accomplishments throughout their career, including achieving ISO certifications, reducing defects and customer returns, implementing Lean manufacturing practices, and driving cost savings.

Chris Poland obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, which they completed between the years 1980 and 1985. Additionally, they have earned various certifications throughout their career, including Scrum Master Certified, ISO 9001:2015 Exemplar Certified Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer, and Certified Six-Sigma Black-Belt.
