Karline Williams

Karline Williams is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the multifamily and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Entrata since May 2021, Karline develops and manages executive relationships, negotiates multimillion-dollar deals, and executes strategic account plans across the Midwest. Previously, Karline held positions as a Senior Regional Account Executive at IOTAS, Inc., where responsibilities included consulting on IoT projects and mentoring peers. As a Field Sales Representative at PowerSchool, Karline achieved recognition in the President’s Club and managed enterprise accounts for K-12 education. Prior roles include successful sales and marketing at Rent., as well as journalism positions at Hearst Television and KOMU 8. Karline holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
