Simon Paterson

Simon Paterson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the customer success and talent acquisition fields. Simon was the Vice President Service Delivery/Head of EMEA at Entrata, where they focused on expanding the company into the EMEA region and led all post-sales functions. Prior to that, Simon worked at Cisco as the Regional Head EMEAR, Customer Success, where they led customer success for Cisco's Collaboration Suite across the EMEAR market. Simon also held the position of Head of Customer Success at Wonderkind, where they were responsible for the strategic post-sales direction and customer experience. Simon has also worked at LinkedIn, adidas, and Tommy Hilfiger in roles related to customer success and talent acquisition.

Simon Paterson holds a degree in Communications/Methodology from the University of Amsterdam. Simon also has a degree in Philosophy from the University of Kent.
