Zachary Hansen

Zachary Hansen is a skilled software development professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management. Currently serving as a Software Development Engineer in Test, Software Development Manager, and Software Quality Manager at Entrata since December 2020, Zachary has demonstrated expertise in Agile environments and software testing. Prior to this, Zachary completed a QA Engineer Internship at FamilySearch, focusing on testing and developing JavaScript tests. Zachary's earlier roles include an Insurance Agent at Entrata, where responsibilities included customer assistance and policy management, as well as a Customer Advocate Specialist at University of Utah Health Hospitals and Clinics, ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Zachary began a career in customer support at Zrii, providing service related to orders and commissions. An alumnus of Utah Valley University, Zachary holds degrees in Software Engineering and Biology.
