Teeja Bongaards

Teeja Bongaards has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the sustainability and youth care sectors. As a Project Leader for Sustainability at Entrea Lindenhout since January 2018, Teeja focuses on initiating projects that enhance the organization's sustainability efforts, including establishing a biological vegetable garden. Previously, Teeja served as General Manager at Entrea Jeugdzorg from March 2014 to July 2018 and held the position of Cluster Manager for Youth at Propersona from May 2003 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing content and operations for youth mental health services. Notable innovation projects include collaborations with K&J psychiatry Karakter and the development of specialized treatment offerings. Earlier in the career, from May 1986 to May 2003, Teeja was a Process Manager at Hera, overseeing client intake and discharge and leading innovation initiatives. Educational background includes advanced training in developmental work at Kopse Hof and V.O. Amsterdam.
