Juan Carlos Garrido Fernández

Juan Carlos Garrido Fernández is an experienced personal trainer, currently operating as an autonomous trainer at Juan Carlos Garrido-Entrenador Personal since September 2018 and concurrently working at Entrenarme since April 2016. Previously, Juan Carlos held positions as a lifeguard at Grupo BCM for a brief period in 2016 and as a fitness monitor at Lowgym in early 2015. Juan Carlos has an educational background in physical activity and sports, holding a degree from Universidad Pablo de Olavide, complemented by a Técnico Superior in Activities and Sports from I.E.S. Ramón Carande. Currently, Juan Carlos is pursuing further studies in the field at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
