Pat Arensdorf

Pat Arensdorf serves as a Venture Partner at Entrepreneur First since July 2024 and has been an Investor at Life Science Angels since January 2007. With extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, Pat has held the position of Principal at Halteres Associates, LLC since January 2005, and co-founded Exai Bio, serving as CEO until May 2024, focusing on cfRNA and AI in oncology liquid biopsy. Previous roles include General Manager and Advisor at Gauss Surgical, CFO and Consultant at Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, and CEO of Bluestar Genomics, specializing in epigenomic precision medicine. Pat's background also includes management positions in cardiac biomarker innovation at Diadexus and strategic advising in transplantation medicine with ImmuMetrix. An alumnus of Princeton University and Stanford University, Pat holds a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology and a Master's in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
