Taras Iakymchuk

Taras Iakymchuk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and engineering. Currently serving as a CTO at Plumerai since January 2018, Iakymchuk focuses on developing affordable, low-latency AI accelerators. As a member of the EF9 cohort at Entrepreneur First, Iakymchuk continues to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Valencia (2012-2017), a visiting researcher position in Computational Neuroscience at ETH Zürich (October 2013 - February 2014), and a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology (2005-2011).
