Emma Matthew

Emma Matthew is an experienced Process Engineer currently working at CNOOC International since October 2018, with a focus on plant optimization, facilities, and offshore operations. Emma's career began with internships at Shell and GSK, engaging in significant projects like the Penguins Redevelopment Project and the startup of a new aluminium salts facility. As a 2017 Saltire Scholar with Saltire Programmes, Emma promoted entrepreneurial leadership in Scotland while gaining technical experience. Prior roles include a Medical Counter Assistant at Duke Street Pharmacy, where Emma developed key customer service and health assessment skills. Emma holds an MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Aberdeen.
