Jodie Faitakis

Jodie Faitakis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as the Managing Director at Adspad, where they implemented a business model that allowed for free advertising space in return for display space in catering outlets. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Key Account Manager at Peppersmith, focusing on gaining new business and nurturing existing accounts. In 2014, they worked as an Operations and Marketing Consultant at Mallow and Marsh, assisting the Managing Director with business setup and PR strategies. Jodie also worked as a Project Coordinator at Chayn, organizing a tech-focused hackathon. In 2014, they joined London Metropolitan University as a UK Schools, Colleges, and Events Officer, responsible for organizing recruitment events. Jodie later became the Senior Officer for UK Schools, Colleges, and Events. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Entrepreneur Enabler at Entrepreneurial Spark, managing the hub and supporting over 200 entrepreneurs. Jodie then joined NatWest as an Entrepreneur Enabler and later became an Entrepreneur Development Manager, responsible for delivering the NatWest Entrepreneurship strategy across London. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Cypher Coders, initially as a Chief Operations Officer and later as the Managing Director, overseeing the company's growth and scaling. Most recently, in 2021, they served as a Business Growth Advisor at Cranfield School of Management. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations at Entrepreneurial Spark.

Jodie Faitakis completed a short course in Illustrator at City, University of London in 2016 and a short course in InDesign at the same university in 2015. They also pursued a degree in Business Studies, BA (Hons), at the University of Stirling. In 2020, Jodie enrolled in a Newable Business Accelerator program at Cass Business School. Currently, Jodie is studying Business Administration and Management, General at thePower from 2020 to 2022.
