Mike Stephens has a diverse range of work experience. Mike started their career at Natwest as a Commercial Relationship Manager from 2009 to 2011. Mike then moved to RBS Invoice Finance and worked as a Commercial Development Manager from 2011 to 2015, gaining expertise in corporate finance for medium-sized businesses. After that, they joined Entrepreneurial Spark as a Hatchery Enabler from 2015 to 2017. Mike further advanced in the company and became the Head of the Entrepreneurial Development Academy, where they had overall responsibility for budget, marketing, and operations. Currently, Mike is the CEO of Entrepreneurial Spark, leading the company since 2018 and focusing on innovation and building the next industry shift in entrepreneurial support.
Mike Stephens attended the University of York from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a BA(Hons) degree in Philosophy. Prior to that, they attended King Ecgbert School, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
