Benjamin Thies

Benjamin Thies serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Fairment since April 2024, after previously holding the position of Chief Operating Officer from July 2021 to September 2022. Thies is an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization's EO Accelerator program since June 2020. Between August 2022 and April 2024, Thies worked as a Strategist at Hopf Strategie, focusing on management consulting and brand development for top management teams. Thies also held the role of Chief Executive Officer at SNOOOZE from March 2020 to June 2021, promoting natural sleep solutions, and co-founded Philosoffee, specializing in cold brew coffee from November 2016 to March 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Lecturer at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Senior Consultant at Nordlicht Management Consultants, where strategic projects were managed in the public and healthcare sectors. Thies holds a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts from Jacobs University Bremen.
