Richard Manders

Richard Manders is a seasoned business professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership coaching, business development, and sales management. Currently a member of PEF Community since May 2024, Richard co-founded FreeScale Coaching Systems in January 2013, focusing on coaching CEO and leadership teams of high-growth firms to enhance profitability and operational freedom. Richard has been an active member of Entrepreneurs' Organization since June 1998, serving in various leadership roles and participating in significant development programs. Richard also contributes to the Gathering of Titans at MIT as a board member and finance chair since April 2004. Previously, Richard founded iAutomation, achieving a substantial sales growth, and held leadership positions at several companies, including Industrial Devices LLC and AutomationSolutions International. Richard's educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport and completion of the Birthing of Giants/Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT.
