Cagatay Ozgur

Chad O. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Chad began their career in 1994 as a Lead Programmer at Infinity Experts. Chad then joined Boyut Publishing Group in 1996, where they served as the Head of Business Development and Board Member, successfully scaling the IT infrastructure.

In 2008, Chad moved on to work as a Software Development and Mobile Strategy Consultant at CODEC, where they advised a leading partner of TURKCELL on mobile strategy and spearheaded the ULKER GIDA project.

From 2008 to 2010, Chad founded Wildcard Nyc and served as its President. Chad then went on to become the CTO of ArtBinder, Inc. in 2011, where they directed technical operations and built a cloud-based infrastructure capable of handling over 500,000 artworks.

Starting in 2015, Chad founded AMUSE, a company focused on music licensing for small businesses. Chad served as the Founder until 2018.

Chad O. then served as the CTO of Routinely from 2018 to 2022, where they played a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the company's digital platform.

In 2022, Chad joined Pollen Technologies Inc. as the CTO. Chad is currently serving in this role.

Most recently, Chad O. has worked as an Interim CTO at Keye, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Resident CTO at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator from 2014. Chad mentored and coached technologists on the participating accelerator teams.

Chad O. has an extensive education history. Chad began their education in 1987 at Florya Bilge Kaan Lisesi, where they earned a High School/Secondary Diploma or Certificate. Chad then went on to pursue a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at Istanbul University, from 1994 to 2002. Following this, they attended Anadolu University from 2004 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Chad has obtained certifications including a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
