David Weisman

David Weisman is an experienced professional with a strong background in mentoring, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a volunteer mentor, trainer, and pitch contest judge for Entrepreneurship for All, David is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in bridging the housing wage gap. In addition, David provides HR support for the Homeless Prevention Council, focusing on staffing and leadership coaching. David co-founded Ortira Career Network to foster career independence among individuals. Previous roles include Head of Learning & Talent Development at Foundation Medicine and Director positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where David developed leadership training programs and implemented Lean practices. Additionally, David has served as an adjunct professor at Bentley University and has held significant roles in business innovation at InnoCentive and Fidelity Investments. David holds an MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
