Cody Haun

Cody Haun has a diverse background in IT support and customer service, currently serving as a Network Monitor at Entré Computer Solutions since August 2016 and as a Desktop Support specialist at V&V Supremo Foods, Inc. since March 2016. Key responsibilities include imaging and deploying equipment, assisting clients with technical issues, and managing communications through a ticketing system. Previous experience includes an internship as an IT Support Specialist, where Cody gained skills in computer imaging and help desk operations, as well as roles in customer engagement at Robert Morris University and Kerasotes Theaters. Cody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Studies from Robert Morris University, obtained in 2016.
