Kristin Murphy, PhD

Kristin Murphy, PhD has a long and varied work history in the private equity and biopharmaceutical services industries. In 1994, they started their own consulting business, Kristin Murphy & Associates Consulting. From 1997 to 2005, they held a variety of roles at Nortel Networks, including Senior Go-to-Market Leader, Strategy and Enablement; Director, Sales Training; Director, Account Marketing and Research; Executive Strategy and Change Advisor; Senior Manager, Organizational Development, Time to Market; and Chief of Staff, Employee and Organization Learning. In 2005, they started their own business again, Kristin Murphy and Associates. From 2006 to 2015, they held the role of Senior Leader, Global Market Strategy, Product Management and Marketing at SAS. From 2015 to 2017, they held the role of Vice President, Market Strategy, Product Management at Ellucian. From 2019 to 2020, they held the role of Principal at Green Peak Partners. Currently, they are the Vice President, Private Equity and Partnerships at Entromy.

Kristin Murphy, PhD received their BA in Kristin'story and German from Colgate University. Kristin then went on to obtain their MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Factors and Organizational Technology from North Carolina State University, followed by a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Factors and Organizational Technology from the same university. In addition, they hold certifications from Prosci, the Co-Active Training Institute, Hogan Assessment Systems, and The Myers-Briggs Company, obtained in 2022, 2020, 2019, and 2016 respectively.
