Mr. Banyai is the founder of multiple successful privately held companies. In 1990, Banyai founded Brinton-Banyai Corporation (BBC), a consulting firm which specialized in advising school districts, cities, and counties on their employee benefit and compensation systems. Mr. Banyai managed BBC until 1998.
In 1997, Mr. Banyai acquired FVTech, a fledgling data management company. Mr. Banyai was the Chief Executive Officer of FVTech, and oversaw management, finance, and strategy development. The company was sold in 2010 to Emdeon, a Nashville, TN healthcare technology company. Mr. Banyai oversaw the negotiations and transition related to the sale of FVTech.
From 2010 – 2011, Mr. Banyai was Vice President of Revenue Cycle Product for Emdeon.
Currently, Mr. Banyai is the Chief Financial Officer of EntryPoint and oversees Finance, Accounting, and Strategy Development.
