Breanna Luckadoo serves as the Program Director at Entryway, where responsibilities include maintaining relationships within the multi-family housing industry, coordinating operations, managing job placements, and securing grant funding. Prior experience includes roles at the Tennessee Housing Development Agency as a Section 8 Rental Assistance Coordinator, overseeing staff and training while ensuring compliance with program requirements, and as a Section 8 Rental Assistance Specialist, supporting applicants with eligibility assessments. Additional experiences include a social work internship at The Branch of Nashville, an internship with the United Way of Alamance County, and multiple positions during time at Elon University, including student caller supervisor. Breanna is pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Service Studies from Elon University.
Entryway
Entryway is a national 501(c)3 organization providing employment and housing opportunities to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness by engaging real estate/property management leaders and encouraging action within their communities. We work directly in local communities to identify and provide pre-screened, vetted job candidates that match the employment criteria that our Property Management Partners are looking for. The result is an innovative program that provides mentorship for careers in property management, along with full-time employment and housing opportunities for formerly homeless individuals. We assist veterans, domestic violence survivors and other deserving individuals transition from the challenge of being homeless to a life of self-sufficiency.
