Tai Cohen is currently the Vice Chairman at CBRE, co-leading the Carolinas Multifamily Investment Practice and overseeing multifamily brokerage activities in North and South Carolina. With a robust background in real estate, Tai served as an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where they managed over 500 transactions worth more than $10 billion. Previously an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, Tai was recognized as the Investment Sales Rookie of the Year. Tai also owned Stout Ventures and NorthStar Real Estate Investments. Their educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Georgia and studies in Spanish Language and Literature at the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires.
