Michelle Cogan

Michelle Cogan, CHRL, CEC, ACC, has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Lead of Talent Management and HR Operations at Entuitive since May 2017. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of People and Culture at Entuitive, Talent Manager at Deloitte Canada, and various positions in human resources at Aecon and Allegis Group. Michelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is a Certified Executive Coach. Additional educational credentials include certifications in coaching and human resource management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Huron University.
