Christel Borge

Christel Borge has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Christel is currently the CEO of Entur AS since August 2020. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of Dipper AS from October 2017 to August 2020.

Before their role at Dipper AS, Christel held various senior positions at Telenor. From April 2016 to September 2017, they served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Group Strategy and CEO Office. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and Head of Group Strategy and Portfolio Development from May 2009 to March 2016. From May 2008 to May 2009, they worked as the Senior Vice President and Head of Global Expansion at Telenor. Christel initially joined Telenor as the Strategy Director in January 2005, where they served until May 2008.

Christel also had experiences in other companies. Christel worked as a Senior Manager at Innovation Strategic Consulting from August 2002 to December 2004. During this time, they also founded their own consultancy firm, Christel Borge Consulting, where they worked as the Owner from January 2002 to August 2002. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Leader at Schibsted from February 2001 to January 2002, and as a Director at Cell Network from January 2000 to February 2001.

Christel began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as a Manager from April 1991 to December 1999. In this role, they managed consultant and client teams and provided recommendations on strategic, operational, and organizational issues across various countries including Norway, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, UK, Spain, Argentina, and Chile.

Christel Borge completed their education history as follows:

- From 1986 to 1990, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science.

- During the same period at NTNU, they also obtained a Master's degree in Electronics and Data Technology.

- In 1992 and 1993, they attended INSEAD, where they earned an MBA degree.
