Recep Cetin

Recep Cetin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Recep started their career at NTNU as a Student Host from 2011 to 2015. Recep then did an internship at FMC Technologies in 2015. Recep also worked at the Norwegian Centre for ICT in education as a Math Mentor from 2013 to 2015, where they produced educational content and troubleshooted functionalities.

After that, Recep joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2015 as a Technical Consultant and later became an EMEA Technical Consultant ADM & DevOps. Recep also served as a Knowledge Management Analyst, focusing on big data solutions. Recep worked in various roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise until 2017.

Recep then worked as a Consultant and DevOps Consultant at EVRY from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they were involved in EVRY Cloud Services and EVRY Consulting.

In 2019, Recep became a Cloud Architect at Capra Consulting AS and later moved to Entur AS in the same role from 2020 to 2022. Recep then worked at PwC Norway as Senior Manager from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Recep is employed at Entur AS as the Lead Platform Architect. In this role, they are responsible for driving architecture across development and data platforms, addressing complex technical challenges, and setting strategic technology goals. Additionally, Recep has also been an Organizer for DevOpsDays Oslo since 2019.

Recep Cetin completed their education history as follows:

From 2010 to 2015, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) where they earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Cybernetics.

In 2013, as a part of their MSc degree, they attended the Delft University of Technology for an exchange program specializing in Systems & Control. Recep completed this program in 2014.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the TOGAF® 9 Certification from The Open Group in October 2018. In March 2016, they also obtained the HP Technical Certified II - Software for Cloud Automation in SME (TECII-SCAS14) certification from Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
