Tommy Nysveen

Tommy Nysveen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tommy is currently working as the CSO (Chief Security Officer) at Entur AS, where they oversee safety and emergency preparedness. Previously, they served as a board member of the Skøyaenåsen School and OPPSAL IF Handball. Tommy also worked as a Special Advisor at the Financial Department's Security Governance Bureau. Additionally, Tommy has experience in the public sector, having worked at the Norwegian National Police Directorate and the Royal Ministry of Defence as a Senior Advisor and Internal Auditor, respectively. Tommy also has a background in the banking industry, where they held the position of Senior Vice President and Section Manager of Security Governance at DNB. Throughout their career, Tommy has demonstrated expertise in security management and information security.

Tommy Nysveen completed their Bachelor's degree in Telematics from The Norwegian army engineering college in the years 2000 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information systems management from Brunel University in London, UK, from 2008 to 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Tommy obtained the Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) certification from ISACA in July 2008. Tommy later obtained the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certifications both in February 2013, both from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc.
