Tor Magnus Castberg's work experience is as follows:

From June 2022 to the present, Tor Magnus Castberg served as the Group Lead (shared services) at Entur AS, where they are responsible for managing a team and ensuring the development and production of a cloud platform initiative. Tor Magnus also ensures that the team is motivated and up-to-date.

From December 2019 to the present, they worked as a Team Lead at Entur AS, where they drove the development of the company's cloud platform initiative. Their responsibilities included delivering development and production environments, enabling flexibility and stability for Entur's strategy.

In addition, Tor Magnus Castberg served on the board of DevOps Norway from May 2018 onwards.

In this role, they led the platform team at Entur, overseeing the legacy platform, testing, and the new cloud platform. Tor Magnus also designed and implemented the Build and Deployment pipeline and integrated automated testing.

Tor Magnus Castberg was employed by Sopra Steria from May 2013 to April 2018, where they held the position of Lead Infrastructure Engineer. Their responsibilities included being the Redhat technical contact and the Linux private cloud community lead.

In this role, they installed, configured, and maintained the company's global monitoring and configuration management solutions. Tor Magnus also maintained their Zimbra installation and implemented a Bacula installation.
