Juliet Herman is an experienced advisor and instructional designer who has worked with some of the biggest names in their field. Juliet started their career in 1994 as a Project Manager with Almon, Inc. and soon moved on to GE Yokogawa Medical Systems/Yokogawa Human Create as an Online Service Documentation Specialist. In 1997, they joined the Gogolak Group, Inc. as a Senior Instructional Designer/e-Learning Specialist.
In 2000, Juliet Herman joined GE Healthcare as a Lead System Designer - Content Management. In this role, they led the purchase, customization, and implementation of an XML/Oracle-based content management system for service information. Juliet also led proof of concept initiatives that increased eLearning development productivity with minimal investment. These initiatives enabled efficient/consistent eLearning development; $200k annual productivity through the creation, maintenance and user training on a course DTD. Additionally, Juliet led the creation of a custom Oracle Intermedia-based digital asset management system for the eLearning development team. Finally, they oversaw process improvements for eLearning using 6 sigma methodology to reduce content development time and increase course quality.
In November 2002, Juliet Herman left GE Healthcare to become an advisor at Entytle. In this role, they provide expert guidance to clients on how to optimize their product lifecycle processes.
Juliet Pagliaro Herman is a graduate of Northwestern University, where they earned their bachelor's degree in journalism. Juliet also holds a certification from the USGBC in LEED Green Associate.
