Dr. Sascha Fehlemann

Dr. Sascha Fehlemann currently serves as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Legal & Compliance at Envalior, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President for Corporate & Renewables at Uniper from November 2015 to April 2023, where responsibilities encompassed managing renewables, corporate law, and capital markets law. Additionally, Dr. Fehlemann held various roles at E.ON, including Head of Corporate Office and Legal Counsel for mergers and acquisitions, along with a tenure at ARQIS Rechtsanwälte as a corporate attorney. Dr. Fehlemann earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Münster and studied at Università degli studi Roma TRE.
