Tim Palmer

Tim Palmer is a Principal Engineer at Envalior, a position held since April 2023. Tim Palmer holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Pittsburgh, completed in 1998 and 1992 respectively.
