Previously, as Global Director of Business Excellence at DSM, Vikas focused on enhancing EBITDA and cash flow through collaboration and digital transformation. Throughout Vikas's career, roles have included Operations Excellence Manager and Business Excellence Lead, with responsibilities encompassing continuous improvement, project management, and lean practices. Vikas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed executive education programs in strategic thinking and finance.
