Erik Martínez currently serves as the National Logistics Manager at Envases, overseeing CEDIS operations and playing a key role in the migration of ERP from ECC to S4 HANNA. Prior to this role, Erik worked at Smurfit Kappa as a Logistics Engineer, where responsibilities included ERP analysis for SAP to Navition migration and the development of supply chain KPIs in Power BI. At Elementia, Erik held various positions including Regional Operational Transformation Manager, Regional Inventory Planning and Control Manager, and Regional Supply Chain Engineer, focusing on strategic project implementation and significant efficiency improvements. Earlier experience includes senior supply chain management roles at UTC Fire & Security and Sigma Alimentos, where Erik successfully managed budgets, inventory planning, and logistics processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Logistics and certifications in Supply Chain Management.
