Trevor Sands has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Trevor is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at ENVEA Group. Prior to this, they served as the President of Servomex from 2018 to 2022. Trevor also worked as an independent consultant from 2016 to 2018. Before that, they held the position of Head of Control Valves at IMI Critical Engineering from 2014 to 2016. Trevor also served as the CEO of Cosalt PLC, where they successfully navigated the company through financial distress from 2011 to 2013. Trevor held influential positions at Emerson, including President of Daniel Measurement and Control and V-P and General Manager of the Process Management Group CIS. Trevor was also the V-P and General Manager of the Fisher Valves and Valve Automation Divisions at Emerson. Prior to that, Trevor worked at Invensys, Unitech PLC, and Arthur Andersen in various finance and audit roles.

Trevor Sands attended Oakham School from 1978 to 1982. Trevor then went on to Oundle School from 1982 to 1984. Finally, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geography at the University of Bristol from 1984 to 1987.
