Philipp Erlinghagen

Philipp Erlinghagen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Philipp co-founded and worked as the VP of Product at envelio since July 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the Head of IT Operations at envelio from April 2017 to June 2020. Philipp also worked at RWTH Aachen University as a Team Leader from January 2017 to December 2017, and as a Research Associate from February 2014 to December 2016. Philipp gained internship experience at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen in 2013, where they analyzed Australian distribution grids and evaluated technical solutions for power quality problems. Philipp also completed an internship at RWE in 2012. Additionally, they worked as a Student Assistant at RWTH Aachen University from April 2009 to June 2012, and from July 2008 to March 2009. Philipp interned at AREVA T&D in 2010.

Philipp Erlinghagen has a strong educational background in the field of Electrical Engineering. Philipp completed their Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree from RWTH Aachen University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Engineering from the same university in the period of 2010 to 2013. In addition, Philipp Erlinghagen also holds another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Energy Engineering and Business Administration, which they completed from RWTH Aachen University from 2010 to 2012. Their academic journey started with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical Energy Engineering and Business Administration, also obtained at RWTH Aachen University, from 2007 to 2010.
