Heather Mallette

Heather Mallette, SHRM-CP has over 17 years of experience in human resources. Heather is currently the Director of Human Resources at Envelope Mart, where they oversee day-to-day HR functions and implements new processes to enhance service quality. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at DSC Logistics, where they improved recruitment processes and provided training on diversity and inclusion. Before that, they served as an HR Generalist at AllianceOne, where they managed new hire orientations and implemented a safety program. Heather also worked as an HR Manager at ISOFOTON NORTH AMERICA, INC., where they developed talent strategies and achieved significant cost savings in Worker's Compensation expenses. Heather began their career as a Management Recruiter at Hcr ManorCare, where they excelled in end-to-end recruitment and collaborated with hiring managers to hire a large number of employees in a short period of time. Heather also has experience as a Recruitment Specialist and Benefits Assistant at Mercy Memorial Hospital Systems/ProMedica and as an HR Assistant at Connecting Point.

Heather Mallette, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Toledo between 1997 and 2002. Heather also holds additional certifications, including an SHRM-CP certification obtained in May 2018.
