Cheryl Santistevan

Cheryl Santistevan has over 38 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the Western Hemisphere at Enventure Global Technology since November 2012. In this role, Cheryl acts as the main interface between HR and hemisphere management, overseeing HR support and the design and administration of employee benefit plans. Prior to this, Cheryl spent 27 years at Halliburton Energy Services, where responsibilities included supporting various technology sectors and managing daily HR operations for large teams, with a focus on employee relations, compensation analysis, and training development. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2002 and 2005.
