Kim Bittar, LCAM, CMCA

Kim Bittar has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kim started their career as a Sales Manager at McKibbon Hotel Management in 2001. From there, they worked at Casey Management as a Licensed Community Association Manager from 2006 to 2010. After that, they joined Access Residential Management as a Community Manager from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they returned to Casey Management, this time as a Licensed Community Association Manager until 2016.

In 2016, Kim joined ACCESS | MANAGEMENT · MAINTENANCE · REALTY · LIFESTYLE as a Senior Community Association Manager, LCAM, CMCA. Kim held this role until 2019 when they became the Director of Development and Transition at the same company. Kim also worked at Envera Systems where they took on various roles including Account Manager and Sales Support Manager, starting in 2019.

Throughout their career, Kim has gained extensive experience in sales, community association management, and development and transition.

Kim Bittar, LCAM, CMCA pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Tampa from 1994 to 1999.
