Nancy Chisholm

Nancy Chisholm serves as an Independent Director for Antero Midstream Corporation, where Nancy also chairs the Nominating & Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit and ESG Committees. In addition to her role at Antero Midstream, Chisholm holds board positions at Envera Systems and History Colorado, where Nancy chairs the board and participates in the Finance Committee. Chisholm's prior experience includes serving as a member of the Global Leadership Board at Colorado State University, Interim President and Board of Trustees Member at Western Colorado University, and various leadership roles at Tyco Retail Solutions, including President and Vice President. Chisholm holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Western Colorado University and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Duke University.
