Mark Ferris

Mark Ferris serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Enverra Real Estate Partners, responsible for P&L performance, strategic execution of asset investment business plans, and leading various operational disciplines. In addition, Mark holds the position of Managing Director, Emeritus at Bridge Investment Group, contributing to the Office Investment Committees for BOF I and BOF II. Previously, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at Bridge Commercial Real Estate, where oversight included the growth and P&L management of the Bridge Office vertical, expanding the portfolio significantly across multiple markets. Mark's experience also includes a tenure at Hines as Managing Director, where responsibilities encompassed the full development lifecycle for significant projects. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Fine Arts from St. Lawrence University.
