Marta Marets

Marta Marets has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Marta is currently working at Enverus as the SVP of Product Operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Product Operations at Enverus. Marta also has experience at Chief, where they served as a member.

Before their current roles, Marets worked at SolarWinds, starting as a Director of Quality Assurance and progressing to Senior Director of Global Quality Assurance and then Senior Director of Engineering. Marta also held the role of VP of Engineering & Product Operations, Chief of Staff to CPO at SolarWinds. During their time at SolarWinds, they were responsible for managing offices in Czech Republic and Poland and overseeing product delivery. Marta established goals and policies for these offices and led the Engineering and Engineering Operations teams.

Prior to SolarWinds, Marets worked at Kenroads Intelligent Systems GmbH as a Manager of Quality Assurance and at SoftServe as a Manager of Quality Assurance.

Marta Marets holds a Specialist Degree in Finance and a Specialist Degree with Honours in Applied Linguistics from Lviv Polytechnic National University, both earned between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree with Honours in Philology, specializing in Applied Linguistics, at the same university from 1999 to 2003. Marta's education history also includes attending School #4 in Lviv, but no further details are provided. In terms of additional certifications, Marta has obtained PMC Level I and Level II from Pragmatic Institute in 2021, as well as the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, although the year of obtaining the latter is unspecified.
