Tamra Roberds-Roach

Tamra Roberds-Roach has extensive work experience in product management and supplier onboarding roles. Tamra started their career at Hubwoo in 2008, where they held various positions including eContent Customer Service Analyst, Supplier Onboarding Manager, and Manager of Supplier Enablement Operations. In 2013, they joined ADP as a Manager of Supplier OnRamping, where they oversaw supplier on-ramping activities and led process improvement initiatives. In 2015, they moved to Oildex and served as the Manager of Supplier Onboarding and later as the Director of Product Management. Currently, Tamra works at Enverus as the Senior Director of Product Management.

Tamra Roberds-Roach holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Houston, which was obtained by 2008. Additionally, they obtained their Associate degree in Music from San Jacinto College by 2007. Tamra went on to pursue further education and obtained a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus by 2015. In addition, they earned a Masters of International Management (M.I.M.) degree from the same university between 2011 and 2014. Tamra also has certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in February 2019, and as a PMC-V from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
